Our Agenda
Primary Goal: To begin AB testing the sales tool,
so that we can start the “conversation” with clients
regarding increased engagement/upselling.
Weekly Agenda: More than anything, Vinay needs to read a typical client report, and the entire team needs to review a sales call together to finalize V1 features on the sales tool. Then immediately after, Vinay needs to present a wireframe to the group.
